To return one or more items you can simply request your return label by email at barbara@theblueescape.com

IMPORTANT: Returned products must be in original condition: Jewelry cards and bags or boxes must be completely intact, products must be new and unworn. We recommend shipping with tracking number, as the blue escape cannot accept liability in case of loss of the package in transit. No freight collect packages can be accepted.

Please briefly state the reason for your return and pack the desired items securely. You can either print out the return label and stick it on the shipping box or have a QR code sent to you digitally, which you can use to hand in your return at any DHL branch or DHL parcel store (if you do not have a printer).

Please keep your proof of shipment, we will confirm receipt of your return.

After inspection of the returned items, the amount will be refunded within approximately 3 weeks (from the arrival of your return in our warehouse) using the payment method originally used at the time of purchase.
